TRAINING COURSE 1: MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS INNOVATION

Directed to: Independent people, companies or institutions.

Delivery method: All modules are taught online, with classes in real time.

Objective: Develop in the participants a comprehensive vision of innovation management within companies, starting from the analysis of the ideas themselves, their selection and monitoring until they becomes the basis of a project that with the characteristics that make it feasible and viable as a support subject for an appropriate funding source, as well as for its transfer to the production phases.

Benefits: Develop competences to implement systematic innovation processes in the participating personnel, generating a portfolio of projects that will allow them to produce new products, services or innovative processes, as well as improve their marketing processes or methods.

Innovation is not a process of spontaneous generation, and it is not only based on a product, service or modification inside of the organization. This make necessary, for enterprises to have a model which allows them a constant evolution to generate innovation. There is not a general model applicable to all enterprises, making necessary the adaptation of innovation models in accordance to their specific needs.

Brief description

For the robust transference of innovative products, services and processes it is necessary to reduce their inherent hazards, with the aid of the establishment of methodologies of a priori analysis of the possible adverse situations, which could appear along the implementation of the innovations. It is necessary to validate and verify identified preventive actions for innovative products, services and process, as well as to the related to the business value chain, allowing a significantly increment the opportunities of success in the market and a reduction in the natural aversion to the implementation of innovation in the enterprises.

NOTES:

A module is imparted by month, with a duration of 24 hr.

Total duration of the training course (4 modules): 4 months (equivalent to 96 hr.)

Modules are optative.

A certificate will be issued at the end of each module.
